We are a broker that sells ground transportation reservations on behalf of independently owned and operated transportation vendors for a fee. We offer FLAT OR/AND HOURLY RATES, so what we quote passengers for a flat or/and hourly rate in all major cities in the United States is guaranteed.
The price quoted is all-inclusive and determined concerning the service requested, the location, and the time for the pickup (and drop-off). The Total charge will include a 30% STC fee (Service Transportation Charge) and any additional service incurred during traveling like Extra Stops, Wait Time, requested Car Seats, and garage to garage. We will add any Parking or Traffic parking tickets that originated because of the passenger’s explicit instructions at the end of the trip.
Hourly-As Directed Service
Hourly Rates apply for a booking requested As Directed by the hour, Half Day (6 hours), all-Day (8 Hours), Full Day (12 Hours), for a service like Roadshow, and Wait and Return, chargeable on a garage-to-garage basis with a minimum of Hours. At the time of booking, we can provide an all-inclusive rate for the hourly ride. For billing purposes, we will assign the Base that is most convenient to our customers regardless of the actual vehicle base, billed using the same garage for in and out locations.
Flat Rate Service
This only applies to some clients requesting a flat rate from town to town.
Garage time is the time that it takes for the vehicle from the garage to the pickup location (Garage-Out) and from the final drop-off location to the vehicle garage (Garage-In)
The garage location is not an exact address but the primary place where the vehicle usually stands (main Airport or major city).
In all transfers or airport runs, an Extra Stop fee is charged when the driver has to stop the car to pick up or drop off a passenger, luggage, or any other good.
It is optional; clients can request to add gratuity to our billing department or tip the chauffeur directly.
STC – Service Transportation Charge
It is included in our quotes; STC is a surcharge for our booking and dispatching services; the STC is always calculated as a flat base rate percentage.
Includes tolls, local congestion charges, and fees we pay chauffeurs using the reverse price auction. The Customer only shall pay for all extra necessary tools to and from the destination incurred as a change in the pickup, drop off, or stop locations.
Meet & Greet
Airport Arrivals with Meet and Greet are subject to a standard fee, including 1-hour parking.
Special Billing For FBOs (Private Planes).
We allow extra time between driver’s trips to guarantee On-time service and Vehicle Availability. When flights are private, because the passengers can change the scheduled departure and arrival times (In commercial is planned by the airline), we cannot automatically update the pickup time for arrivals like in a commercial flight. Depending on the location, we can charge an hourly rate for a simple transfer.
Late Night Fee
Late-night rates apply for trips with Pickup time during late night or early morning. Generally, the late-night fee applies between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM (Every market area is different, so times may change).
Car Seats rental
Passengers with children are encouraged to bring their car seats. They can rent car seats from us; we will charge a fee for each seat), which the drivers must allow passengers to install.
Sanitation & Damage Fee
Damages to Vehicles or Cleaning and sanitation Fee including but not limited to Alcohol, food, or trash spillage, broken glasses, upholstery rips or replacement, vomit, or any interior or exterior damage caused by the Renter or party of the Renter.
The grace period starts at the scheduled pickup time.
- Domestic Arrivals: 30 Minutes Free.
- International Arrivals: 60 Minutes Free.
- For Transfers and departures:
- Economy Class 5′, Business Class 10′, and Executive Class 15′.
Flight Diverted (To a different Airport while in final approach 0r less than 30′)
For executive and Business service classes, we allocate an extra Free wait time of 60′ minutes (Since landing at the diverted Airport). Passengers must inform us about any flight number change and if they want to make the driver wait, cancel, or rebook for a small fee.
“Our policy is to avoid charging our clients cancellation fees or extra fees where we can. However, there will be some occasions where either our affiliate or we have incurred costs in providing a service that is canceled.”
In all major cities in the United States, If a service is canceled (Unless the Vehicle must be dispatched first) with less than the minimum cancellation time, cancellation fees will apply:
- Airport or other fixed-price transfer Full charge + Any wait time and additional cost incurred
- Hourly-As directed service canceled before Dispatching Vehicle 100% of the booked service cost is based on hours.
- Hourly-As directed, service is canceled when Vehicle is Dispatched /en route 100% of the reserved service cost is based on hours.
*Important: All cancellations within 24 hours must be made over the phone (Sending Us just an email cancellation notice is not a valid form).
Cancellations made with less than the minimum time are billable. For all rides with any Sedan or SUV with service within any major city in the United States, the minimum cancellation time is 2 hours for our Executive service class or 4 hours for the Business service class.
Because Economy class is not refundable, we recommend asking for point rewards conversion or changing the date to keep the credit for your next ride.
For any Special Vehicle like Vans, Stretch, or Bus, and if the vehicle has been dispatched before pick up, any major local event (like Formula one, Super-Bowl, United Nations Week, etc…..…), a private event (Like a wedding, prom, parties, etc….…), multivehicle bookings (when more than 3), or rides outside any U.S. major city or rides outside the United States the minimum cancellation time is 72 hours.
Our Sedan Economy Class (Non-Refundable) does not allow free Cancellations. All cancellations must be made over the phone On-Line or using our app (Sending Us just an email or Text cancellation notice is not a valid form).
Cancellation Charges: Fixed-Price Transfers – Point 2 Point and Hourly/As Directed, is Full Charge.
Modification Charges: you will have to pay any increase in fares due to any new extras incurred, distance (For Transfer Rides), hours (for hourly rides) increase or (Only for Economy Service), and additional modification fee per occurrence. Modifications are billable and subject to availability and approval. For all rides with any Sedan or SUV with service within any major city in the United States, the minimum modification time is 2 hours for the executive service class or 4 hours for the business service class. For any Special Vehicle like Vans, Stretch, or Bus, and if the vehicle has been dispatched before pick up, any major local event (like Formula one, Super-Bowl, United Nations Week, etc.), a private event (Like a wedding, prom, parties, etc.), multivehicle bookings (when more than 3), or rides outside any U.S. major city or rides outside the United States the minimum modification time is 72 hours. Our Sedan Economy (Non-Refundable) allows modifications up to 24 hrs. before the actual pickup time.
